The team of Acura and Acura dealerships stand ready to do what it takes to provide each Acura owner with a total luxury ownership experience. The TLC services include 24-hour Roadside Assistance, exclusive Acura Concierge Service, trip routing, and many special owner communications and privileges.

Roadside Assistance

By calling 1-800-594-8500, we can get you back on the road. Simply call this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, and we'll make sure you get the fuel, jump start or assistance necessary to get you safely on your way again.

Acura Concierge Service
(During the 12-month/12,000-mile Limited Warranty period)

Like the fine service you would receive from a top hotel, Acura Concierge Service provides a package of useful services for your security and convenience. Highlights include:

  • Urgent Message Relay - In case of an emergency, we will communicate up to three urgent messages on your behalf.
  • Emergency Lockout Services
  • Special Emergency Service - Provide assistance such as police notification in an emergency, special travel accommodations or emergency cash delivery (subject to your personal credit card line authorization).
  • Emergency Airline Ticket Assistance - If your Acura is disabled, we will assist you in determining available flights and specific airfares, as well as arranging in the delivery of airline tickets.
  • Computerized Trip Routing
  • 24-Hour Weather Information - Weather conditions available at any time of the day or night.
  • Insurance Claim Assistance - In the event of an accident, an insurance claims adjuster will be contacted to expedite your claim.
  • Acura Dealer Locator
  • Auto Glass Replacement Referral - Should you need emergency auto glass replacement, this service refers you to a nearby authorized replacement facility or arranges on-site installation.
  • Insurance Claim Assistance
  • Shipment of Personal Replacement Items - Acura Care Concierge Service can arrange for emergency shipment of personal items such as medication, eyeglasses or passports.

Acura New Vehical Limited Warranty

All Acura vehicles come with a 4-year/50,000 mile bumper-to-bumper New Car Limited Warranty.

This warranty covers repairs due to defects in material or workmanship for this term, excluding tires, which are covered by the tire manufacturer. Acura also provides additional warranties on emissions components, as well as a lifetime seat belt warranty.
